All children in Year 3 can apply for a job which they carry out during year 4. Job Squad helps increase children’s sense of responsibility and to care for the school environment. It enables them to develop teamwork.
Children write a letter expressing their wish to become a job squaddie, then they are then interviewed
by school council leaders.
Jobs are then allocated by staff.
